At St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School in Stockton, Year 4 has just wrapped up an exciting Science topic all about Living Things and Their Habitats—and what an adventure it has been!
Pupils explored the fascinating characteristics of different animal groups, learning what makes mammals, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and fish unique. They put their knowledge into action by designing their own classification keys, challenging themselves (and each other!) to think scientifically and apply their understanding.
Learning Through Fun and Collaboration
A highlight of the topic was quizzing their classmates—testing their knowledge, sharing ideas, and celebrating each other’s success. The enthusiasm in the room was infectious!
A huge well done to Year 4 for their curiosity, hard work, and teamwork. Keep shining brightly in Science!
